★★★★★ I can't say enough good things about this location. I had a storage unit here for two years but had moved to the other side of town and never got around to changing to a closer location. I finally took care of that last week and it was such a streamlined process. Marty was the gentleman who assisted me and he was so polite and helpful. It took me a few hours to move all of my belongings out but had some trash left behind. I let him know I would be back before the end of the month (a few days) to pick it up and he said that wouldn't be a problem. Well, life happens and I wasn't able to make it by Friday. I gave them a call today and he answered the phone, I let him know that I wasn't able to make it in time before the end of the month and he informed me that they had already taken care of it for me and it was no problem at all. I did not expect that and I am so appreciative that they did that for me without charging extra or making a fuss because I was a few days in the new month. The prices are reasonable, everyone is very nice and helpful, my items were safe and secure. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much again!

★★★★★ Mark and his team did a great job of supporting our volunteer, disaster response group after Hurricane Matthew. They quickly delivered a mobile unit that we were able to store the tools that we used to serve the community of Fayetteville. Driving around the Fayetteville area, after the storm, All American Self-Storage's units could be seen all over town - which is a credit to their hard work in getting units out into the hands of the people who needed them. ★★★★★ Never had any issues. Good drainage on property, even during the flood last year, no water pooled that I sae and I checked it the day after the rain stopped. Great customer service. Reasonably priced. If I had a complaint, it would be that there isn't 24 hour access, but they do have very accommodating hours from 7A to 9P, seven days a week. I do recommend. Very accessible right at Wayside/401/Lindsay intersections. - T Johnson
